Our stall is situated on The World Famous Bury Market, which is renowned for being one of the British public’s favourites and we’re proud to be part of this accolade.

We're all about the finest quality selection of fresh meats. All our beef has been matured on the bone for 21 days to improve flavour and texture. Quality is everything!

The products available from us far out-weigh what is available from a supermarket, be it cuts of meat, products made by us or meats that we have marinaded or flavoured. If you don’t see a cut you would like let us know and we'll do our best to get it in for you. Our prices are often cheaper than in a supermarkets due to being able to buy the amount or weight of meat you need rather than whatever the supermarket have packaged it at. We also have regular deals and bulk packs available.

We pride ourselves on providing an outstanding personal service! If you want your meat prepared in a certain way we're more than happy to do it. Ask our regulars - we always remember how they like things or what they like.
